Professor Li Peilin, director of the Institute of Sociology, will lead a delegate to attend the “2012 Chinese Social Science Forum: Sociology", October 21-31, Stanford University, USA. The Forum is sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and organized by the Institute of Sociology, CASS and the Center for Studies on Inequality, Stanford University, and will focus on “Social Structural Change and Inequality”. Besides Prof. Li, the delegate includes Prof. Chen Guangjin, a deputy director of the Institute, Prof. Li Chunling, head of the Department of Youth Studies; Li Wei, head of the Department of Social Development; Associate Professor Tian Feng, Assistant Professor Lu Peng, and Mr. Zhao Kebin, director of Research Management Office.
