Deputy Director Zhang Yi will pay an academic visit to Austria and Germany. At a time when China and Germany marks the 40^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and to deepen the strategic partnership of the two countries and promote the exchange and cooperation in the area of social welfare, the delegate will be sent by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) from October 29-November 11 to attend the “Seminar on Old Age Issues in China and Germany”. Prof. Zhang will present on “Old age care and protection in China” there.
