On the morning of September 19, 2012, the Second Social Forum was held in the Institute of Sociology, CASS. Upon invitation, Gao Hong, Deputy Director of the Institute of Japan Studies, CASS, lectured on “The Past, Present and Future of the Sino-Japanese Relationship”. Li Peilin, Director of the Institute of Sociology, CASS, presided over the forum, which was attended by over 50 scholars from Beijing and Tianjin areas.
